Terms of service.
Quality:
We use a variety of quality full-grain vegetable, chrome, and combination tanned leathers. All leathers are selected with the end product in mind.
Full-grain leather hides are not free of imperfections. We use the best pieces of each hide we receive, however, there are variances between hides, even from the same tannery. As a result, some products may contain “natural imperfections,” which come from the natural life cycle of the animal and the tanning process. We love this about our products, as it makes each piece unique. With that being said, we do not use any piece of leather where these “natural imperfections” impact the quality of the product.
“Natural imperfections” are not a qualifying reason for a return, however, if the imperfections impede the durability, we will exchange the product. We will repair or replace any product found to be defective. Ultimately, we want you all (the end user), to be happy with our products and to use them for decades to come.
Our products are entirely handmade and hand-stitched. No sewing machines are used, resulting in a more durable product.

Orders:
Oxbow Leather Co. products are generally made to order. This means they are not currently in stock and we make them when ordered. Products are prioritized in the sequence that they are received. Please see our home page for estimated production times, which can vary based upon the current number of orders.
Some products may be held in stock, which will noted on the product page. If “In Stock” is not shown on the product page then the item will be made to order.
Shipping:
Items will ship 1-3 business days after the product is complete.
The buyer is responsible for having a safe and secured location for delivery.
As a small business, we cannot be responsible for lost packages after our shipping carrier has claimed the package has been delivered.
